Akashic Record - A compendium of knowledge encoded in a non-physical plane of existence. These records are described to contain all knowledge of human experience and the history of the cosmos. They are metaphorically described as a library. Akashic records are constantly updated and pertain to all of human experience as well as each individuals soul experience.

Angel - A spiritual being; a celestial attendant of God. A being that has never incarnated on earth.

Archangel - A chief or principal angel. Some examples are Archangel Michael, Archangel Gabriel (pictured), Archangel Raphael and Archangel Uriel.

Ascended Master -  A spiritually-enlightened being, who in past incarnations was an ordinary human, but who has undergone a process of spiritual transformation. A being who has become Self-Realized and serves humanity; a being who has raised his/her vibration to a sustained frequency of light. Some examples of ascended masters are Jesus Christ, Mother Mary, Buddha, Nieko and Kuthumi.

Aura -  A subtle field of luminous multicolored energy surrounding a person or object as a cocoon or halo.

Chakra - A chakra is a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. The word chakra literally translates as wheel or disk and refers to a spinning sphere of bioenergetic activity emanating from the major nerve ganglia branching forward from the spinal column. There are seven chakras stacked in a column of energy that spans from the base of the spine to the top of the head (root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown). There are also minor chakras in the hands, feet, fingertips, and shoulders. Chakra are often explained by evidence-based medicine as acupuncture points.

Channel - A route which a message follows.

Clairvoyant -  A person who can obtain information about an object, location or physical event through means other than the 5 human senses of sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell.

Crystal Child - The Crystals are between the ages of 0 and 7 years of age. They are highly intuitive and willing to be in their natural state of channel. The Crystals are very intellectual and very cuddly in ways of speaking and feeling. They give from their entire being. They come across as brilliant and intelligent; for they possess an integral part of their communication skills on a telepathic development. Some Crystals have a tendency to begin speaking more articulately later (around 3-4 year of age) due to the telepathic degree of their "own" language development. They willingly and intuitively are inclined to using music as part of their vibration and sign language to exchange vocal content. These Crystals come in as a young generation because of the frequency of the "underdeveloped" earth school students still needing to be taught by them. Their gifts will be to pronounce the "new world" with "omnipresence" within each one of us. They do not hide their exceptional gifts and freely offer them to us on a daily basis. Earth School - The Earth. Referred to as a school as we all incarnate here to learn life lessons.

Guardian Angel - An angel who protects and guides a particular person.

Higher Self - All individuals are one of the many incarnations that the Higher Self (the "real" you) has sent to gather experiences on Earth. When an individual dies, the energy stream is withdrawn from the physical body. Without the physical constraint, an individual is allowed to spend more time exploring the 3rd, the 4th, and parts of the 5th densities in order to keep building a portfolio of life experiences. This is done until the energy stream is completely absorbed back into the Higher Self. This happens when all of the incarnations have achieved their main objectives, at which point the individual and it's other incarnations are merged back with your Higher Self (the "real" you).

Indigo Child - These children are between the approximate ages of 14 and 25 years. They are recognized as "Indigo" because of the vibrant indigo "aura" around them. Indigo are highly sensitive and have a very active way of life. They are very sensitive when it comes to adapting in life and the external ways of inhibiting social skills among their elders. They are highly intellectual, very cognitive, are profound intellects and very spiritual. They are all very intuitive, but are unique in the way they express it. They came to earth school with a plan of helping to change the face of the Universe, which includes changing the political scene and educational system, but a change of direction occurred. The parents of this generation had a hard time excepting these Indigos were not prepared for the "skills" of a "new lightworking" process. These Indigo's have now claimed a new agenda, and have turned somewhat inward, and are afraid to truly express the gifts that they really have. So now, the parents of this generation are misunderstanding and labeling these children as ADHD (Attention Deficit with Hyperactivity Disorder) or ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), and complicated children. La La Child - These children are an "interim" between the Indigo's and the Crystals. This age group of "La La's" is approximately between 8 and 13 years of age. They are coming through as Light Workers and healers. The La La's have a tendency to be "in their own world", (hence the name). They circle around nobody but themselves, and do not tend to "click" with different spectrums of light yet. Their main purpose is to be a "doorway" that leads the crystal children into a "lighter" earth school. The La La's will not be affected by the heaviness of burdens seen in the older children around them. They will build self-esteem and carry fewer burdens then the Indigo's, and will create and celebrate the love that is supposed to be within all of us. The La La’s tend to have Perfect attention skills (well, almost), are willing to help anyone, always try to do their best, are very willing to learn the "light workers ways", well balanced, have a take charge attitude, they love choreography (dance) and are very forgiving. Lightworker - A person who feels inspired to help others through spiritual meditation, teaching, healing, prayer, writing and speaking through unconditional love. Lightworkers can come from a variety of spiritual traditions and backgrounds, yet generally agree that the healing light they work with is comprised of eternal energy connecting everyone and everything in the universe, and that it is possible for people to connect consciously with divine light energies through intention. This energy is sometimes viewed as the energy of the divine creator, or God.

Meditation - A state of concentrated attention on some object of thought or awareness. It usually involves turning the attention inward to the mind itself. Meditation can be used for personal development or to focus the mind on God.

Medium - A living person, through which disembodied spirits speak.

Psychic - An occurrence, ability, or event that is sensed without the use of the five known human senses of sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell.

Reiki - A system of Enlightenment and a Hands on Healing art developed in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui in Japan. It is an art that is passed from Master to student. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words - Rei and Ki, meaning Universal Life Force Energy. It is a gentle Japanese technique of laying on of hands to bring energy into the body for deep relaxation and healing. Reiki energy can be used for healing either in physical proximity or from a distance.

Spirit Guide - An entity that remains a disincarnate spirit in order to act as a spiritual counselor or protector to a living incarnated human being.

Self-Realization - The awareness of our complete and indivisible union with God. This also means that the ego-self has come to know itself so clearly, so lovingly, so wisely that it is no longer run by the Shadow. When one is Self-Realized, there ceases to be any more inner or outer drama.
